Policy Item Details
Order Cancellation Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
Once packed, handed to the courier, or dispatched from our Hong Kong SAR logistics channel, cancellation is no longer possible.

Address / Contact Changes Address changes are accepted before dispatch only.
Please provide full details: street, unit/apt, city, state/province, ZIP/postcode, country, and phone number.
After shipment, courier re-routing is not guaranteed and may incur extra fees depending on the carrier.
QC (Quality Check) For many orders, we can provide QC confirmation prior to shipping to verify the correct model and visible condition.
QC helps confirm: dial/hand alignment, case/bracelet condition, date change, basic function checks (when applicable).
Returns Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for non-defective reasons (change of mind, size preference, or expected factory characteristics).
Returns are only considered if the item is verified defective upon delivery and reported within the claim window.
Defective / Damage Claims (48 Hours) Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
1) clear photos of the issue,
2) a short video demonstrating the problem (date change/chronograph/timekeeping if relevant),
3) photos of outer box + inner packaging,
4) order number + delivery proof (tracking delivered screenshot).
We will review and respond with the next step.
What Is Considered “Defective” Verified defects may include:
  • Watch not running / stops abnormally shortly after arrival (not caused by mishandling)
  • Major functional failure (e.g., crown cannot set time, date mechanism jammed)
  • Severe shipping damage affecting usability
What Is NOT Considered “Defective” The following are generally not eligible for refunds/returns:
  • Minor cosmetic variations typical of production batches (printing thickness, lume tone, micro marks)
  • Water resistance expectations (unless explicitly stated and tested by buyer)
  • Normal regulation needs (small time gain/loss within typical replica tolerance)
  • Wear/tear after use, or damage caused by drops, misuse, or third-party repairs
Refunds Refunds are issued only for verified defective items after review.
Processing time: typically 5–10 business days after approval (bank/provider posting time may vary).
Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.
COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders COD orders require the recipient to be available to complete payment at delivery.
If a COD parcel is refused or repeatedly undeliverable due to recipient reasons (no-show, wrong address, refusal), related handling/logistics costs may apply.
Late or Missing Refunds 1) Confirm with your bank/credit card provider first (some refunds require additional posting time).
2) Check the original payment method used at checkout.
